Nick is a water sports fanatic. He is a NAUI Advanced Diver and loves to kite-surf, windsurf, water ski and free dive. He also enjoys fishing, hiking, reading and good music.
Nick has an easy going nature and a good sense of humor. He is a patient teacher and enjoys imparting his knowledge of water sports, boats and sailing with his guests.
Lyndsay is an artistic person who loves people and entertaining. Working as a chef aboard charter yachts for a number of years has given her the opportunity to express her creative flair through beautiful presentation of gourmet cuisine.
She enjoys preparing healthy meals using top quality cuts and fresh fruits and vegetables. She also loves to bake and admits that her desserts are deliciously decadent.
Having traveled Africa, South America, Europe, Asia and the Caribbean, Lyndsay enjoys sharing her recipes from all over the world, especially her native South Africa and her second home, the Caribbean Islands, with her quests. |
